Summary: You can cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are issued, but your access continues until the end of your billing period.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Appbridge subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all features until your subscription expires
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days after expiration, after which it may be deleted
2. Refund Eligibility
Within 7 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. This applies only to the initial purchase and not to subsequent renewal payments.
After 7 days: Refunds are generally not issued after the 7-day period. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Extended service outages or significant technical issues preventing access
- Unauthorized charges on your account
- Duplicate charges resulting from billing errors
3. How to Request a Refund

- Reason for the refund request
We will process eligible refund requests within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Chargebacks
